The Bureau of Economic and Business Research Population Program, under contract with the Florida Legislature, produces population estimates for Florida and its counties during the years between censuses. The 2010 census provided a great deal of up-to-date information on Florida’s population characteristics. In this report, the BEBR Population Program provides revised population estimates for the state and each of its counties for each year between the 2000 and 2010 census years. All data refer to April 1 of the census year.
